FAQ:
Small letters beneath 6.5 mm are advised not to be embroidered on caps. Because of the stiffness of the cap the needle has difficulties to embroider small motives. Motives with many colours and/of connections are not always suitable to embroider on a cap. During the production the cap can remove a little bit, as a result that the motives not suit perfect to each other. Full embroidered motives are advised to embroider on a 5 panel cap or a cap without a sewing in the middle. In many cases the embroidery is heaping up due to middle sewing.
Bonnets
Maximum advised format 9.5 cm (width) x 5 (height) cm. Depending of the bonnet ( the double turned part of bonnet) the maximum width can be up to 13 cm and sometimes till 15 cm. The possible height of the embroidery depends on the breadth of the double turned part of the bonnet or the desired position.
Embroidery positions: the double turned part of the bonnet or above the double turned part.
FAQ:
Bonnets are elastic, therefore the logo’s/motives can stretch too. Because of that small letters, motives with many connections and many colours are not always suitable to embroider.
- Many bonnets don’t make difference in front or back side.
